1. Agreeing to these terms
AI News For All (ainewsforall.com, “the site”) is run from India by Tejanshu Jaluthariya (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. What we provide
A free publication about artificial intelligence: news, an encyclopedia of AI apps, companies, concepts and laws, practical guides and free browser-based tools. We may add, change or remove any part of the site at any time.
3. Information, not advice
Everything on the site is general information written for a general audience. It is not legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice, and it doesn’t take your personal situation into account. AI products, company policies and laws change quickly, so always check the official source, and speak to a qualified professional before making important decisions.
4. Accuracy and corrections
We work from primary sources and link to them, and encyclopedia pages show when we last reviewed them. Even so, information can become outdated or contain mistakes. If you spot one, email ainewsforallmail@gmail.com. We correct errors and note significant corrections on the page, as described in our Editorial Policy.
5. How we use AI
We may use AI tools to help with research and drafting. A person checks, edits and approves everything before it is published.
6. Free tools
Our tools, including the Scam Message Checker, Privacy Cleaner and AI Privacy Score, run in your browser and give automated, pattern-based results:
- The Scam Message Checker can miss a scam or flag a genuine message. A result is not proof either way.
- The Privacy Cleaner can miss personal details. Always read the cleaned text before you share it.
- The AI Privacy Score reflects only your answers. It is not an audit of your accounts.
Use them as a second opinion, not as your only check. If money or your security is at risk, contact your bank or the relevant organization directly.
7. Using the site
Please don’t:
- break the law using the site, or try to break or get around its security,
- overload it, or run automated tools that ignore our robots.txt or slow the site down for others,
- present our content as your own, or as something we didn’t say.
8. Our content and how you can use it
Unless stated otherwise, the articles, encyclopedia pages, illustrations, design and code are owned by Tejanshu Jaluthariya or our licensors and protected by copyright.
- You can: read and share links to any page, and quote short extracts with a credit to “AI News For All” and a link to the page.
- Please ask first: before republishing whole articles or encyclopedia pages, or using our illustrations elsewhere.
Search engines and AI services may crawl and cite the site as set out in our robots.txt.
9. Names and trademarks
Product and company names such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot belong to their owners. We mention them to report and explain. Unless we say so, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company we cover.
10. Messages and tips
When you send us a message, tip or correction, you let us use it to report, correct or improve our coverage. We won’t publish your name or contact details without your permission.
11. Links and embeds
We link to sources and other websites so you can check our work. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by relying on information or tool results from the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
14. Grievances
If you have a complaint about our content or these terms, contact our grievance officer, Tejanshu Jaluthariya, at ainewsforallmail@gmail.com with the subject line “Grievance”. We decide on every grievance within 15 days, in line with India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. This doesn’t remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country or US state where you live.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
